Alia says she isn’t averse to two-heroine projects, wants Farhan Akhtar to a female Dil Chahta Hai

Enlarge ImageShah Rukh Khan’s next film with Aanand L Rai will have two heroines and Katrina Kaif has already bagged one of the parts. Now, the hunt is on for the second female lead and as per our sources, Alia was one of the top contenders for the other role.

We caught up with Alia recently and she dismissed the report. “I am not doing that film with Shah Rukh.” She goes on to add, “Surprisingly, I read it in the news, but I was never offered the film at all.”

But Alia quickly adds that she isn’t averse to the idea of doing two-heroine films at all. “I think we should make good chick flicks now. I would love to do a film with Katrina. If I have to pick another heroine to work with, it will be her.”

Any plans? “I have been telling Farhan for the longest time to make a female version of Dil Chahta Hai. It would be exciting, don’t you think?” she asks excitedly.
