Singer-composer Pritam Chakraborty has had to cancel his commitments for the next fortnight following an excruciating stomach ache. Given his busy schedule, Pritam has been ignoring the pain for the last three months but early on Thursday, it aggravated, and the composer was rushed to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

"The doctors did an endoscopy along with a few other tests and advised bed rest for the next 15 days. They have yet to figure out the reason for the pain and told him to stick to home food," says a source close to Pritam.

The Bajrangi Bhaijaan music director was scheduled to perform in Goa but has had to be replaced by Shaan at the last moment. He also had to skip a concert in Jodhpur. "Not only has the city tour suffered, but Pritam's television commitments might also go for a toss. He is supposed to judge an upcoming singing reality show," adds the source.
