The very violent NH10, in the news for its depiction of ‘honour killing’ has been passed for all ages in Pakistan.

The film was passed by the Indian censor board with an ‘Adults Only’ certificate, with some cuts, especially those in Hindi.

According to sources in Pakistan, the same cuts were ordered by the Pakistani Censor Board. “They’ve asked for the removal of expletives, like ‘bh***i ke’, ‘behenc**d’, ‘g***d’, ‘gh***a’, ‘r***d’. Interestingly, the list of words asked to be deleted by the Pakistani censor board is almost the same as their Indian counterpart. They’ve also reduced some of the violence and then passed the film for all ages,” says the source.
