BAAGHI 3 saw a drop in collections of a little over 12% as mass centres saw the normal drops for an action film but the bigger multiplexes failed to show growth. The second day collections was 15.50 crore nett which takes the two day total of the film to 33 crore nett.

The two day numbers are still pretty good though not upto the level of the last film in the franchise. It is the metros and other places like Chandigarh and Jaipur where the collections are not what they should be. Bihar, CP Berar, Nizam/Andhra (Marathawada strong) are all doing well with Gujarat/Saurashtra being the best of the lot as that went up on Saturday.

The film is going to have a good three day weekend even if Sunday growth is just decent and this will be despite the trend not being so good. The fate of the film will not be known for a few days yet as its Holi on Monday and some states remain in holiday period post Holi. If the film does well for the next 3-4 days it will emerge a HIT film. The coincidence is that all three BAAGHI franchise films have dropped on day two.
