SIMMBA got a good rating on television with over 1 crore impressions and is the third best of the year after the biggies TOTAL DHAMAAL and 2.0 (Hindi). TOTAL DHAMAAL is a BLOCKBUSTER on television after recording almost 85 lakh impressions on its second screening. The film has 2.5 crore impressions on just two viewings.

2.0 (Hindi) is a Super HIT and SIMMBA is a HIT or maybe SUPER HIT depending how it does in the long run. The film is the first HIT film of Ranveer Singh on television after the disaster results of BAJIRAO MASTANI and PADMAAVAT. The other two films which have recorded decent numbers on television are RACE 3 and URI. The latter has good figures while RACE 3 still managed numbers despite a 7 month delayed television premiere.
