GODZILLA: KING OF THE MONSTERS opened on Thursday and had a low first day of around 2.25-2.50 crore nett. The release was practically a full out release and not just previews. It was a Thursday release and it was not a holiday so it makes it difficult for the film. It remains to be seen what happens today and over the weekend, does it get a bigger audience or is this 2 crore nett plus level the actual level of the film. The last GODZILLA film had opened to around 4 crore nett.
