The actress got emotional after watching Kaabil, and dropped in to the Roshan home to congratulate father and son

A filmmaker’s confidence shows when he begins to show his film to his colleagues and industrywallahs a week before its release. And that’s just what producer Rakesh Roshan has done. Director Sanjay Gupta and Hrithik Roshan are thrilled with the response which range from great to extraordinary. Not just the actor’s family — estranged wife Sussanne Khan has watched the film thrice, even Shabana Azmi has seen it twice.

Filmmakers like Rajkumar Hirani and Vidhu Vinod Chopra, post-screening sent Roshan Sr messages, saying how much they loved the film.

The elusive Rekha was also present and even spoke to the media about how much she liked the film. Post the screening, when Rakesh Roshan went home, he was shocked to see an emotional Rekha sitting with his wife Pinky and telling her how moved she was by the film and Hrithik’s performance. She said “Rakesh, today Hrithik is flying with the wind that you have created for him.”
