Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif-starrer Jagga Jasoos has been in the making for over two years now. It has finally narrowed down on a release window: either March 24 or 31, 2017.

Delay-dallying
With several re-shoots and other glitches, the film has had several release delays. The detective thriller was supposed to hit screens last year around June. Then, it got further pushed and the latest buzz was that JJ would release in August-September this year.

Producer Siddharth Roy Kapur now confirms that the shoot is still incomplete. “We have the final leg of the film left to be shot. We are shooting in September for a few more days and we will wrap the film. Then, we will decide when to release the film.”

Gap-map
An insider reveals, “The release of the film has now been pushed to either March 24 or 31 next year. Ranbir has Ae Dil Hai Mushkil releasing in October and Katrina has Baar Baar Dekho in September this year. So they want a considerable gap between their films and Jagga.”
