Alia Bhatt has already gone on record, claiming that Udta Punjab is her most challenging part yet. Possibly so. She plays a Bihari migrant who gets involved in drug trafficking and drug abuse. Alia will scare people with her popped-in eyes and her junkie avatar in the film. Ask her about it and she laughs, “Well, people might get a little scared with that look. But I hope to surprise them more than I scare them. Udta Punjab is a really complex film; something people will understand once the promos are out.”
