Following a recent video which was leaked online and would have us believe that Salman Khan's six-pack abs in Ek Tha Tiger were air-brushed in a studio and not chiselled in a gym (Mirror, 22 September), Shah Rukh Khan has now uploaded a video. And this one posts step-by-step evidence that his eight-pack is for real. The 48-year-old actor posted details of his rigorous regime with his trainer.

The actor is seen pumping iron and performing several exercises in the brief clip, with his Happy New Year director Farah Khan cheering on.
