MARDAANI 3 had a decent second week as it collected 14.75 crore nett showing a 40% drop from the first week. the film is now standing at around 40 crore nett after two weeks which is a fair collection. The last film MARDAANI film released in 2019 did 46 crore nett. So, it remains to be seen if this film can reach that number.
It will be the weekends which will determine that as Friday will see a drop due to new films coming out. Irrespective of whether it reaches 46 crore nett or not, the film is an AVERAGE success. In terms of success, the film is lesser than the first two films but all three films have been successful though none of them are HIT films.
The franchise has been driven by Mumbai and West Bengal mainly and it pretty much similar again with Mysore helping also. However, it will not reach the collections of MARDAANI 2 in Mumbai or West Bengal this time. The disappointment for the film is probably West Bengal as it will remain well short of the last film and probably should have done better.
The collections of MARDAANI 3 till date are as follows.
Friday - 3,85,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 5,85,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 6,85,00,000 apprx
Monday - 2,25,00,000 apprx
Tuesday - 2,50,00,000 apprx
Wednesday - 2,00,00,000 apprx
Thursday - 1,75,00,000 apprx
Week One - 25,05,00,000 apprx
Friday - 2,00,00,000 apprx
Saturday - 3,65,00,000 apprx
Sunday - 4,35,00,000 apprx
Monday - 1,25,00,000 apprx
Tuesday - 1,50,00,000 apprx
Wednesday - 1,00,00,000 apprx
Thursday - 1,00,00,000 apprx
Second Week - 14,75,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 39,75,00,000 apprx
--------------------------------------------
The collections of the holdover releases BORDER 2 and MARDAANI 3 came down on Friday due to a heavy reductions of screens and competition from the new releases. BORDER 2 collected around 80 lakhs nett and MARDAANI 3 was around 65 lakhs nett which is considerably lower than the previous day but both should make big gains today.
MARDAANI 3 remains an AVERAGE fare with collections now standing at around 40.50 crore nett. The drop maybe makes it tougher to reach the collections of the last MARDAANI film which was 46 crore nett plus. However, with the lack of releases over the next month or so, it should eventually do more than 46 crore nett.
