MAHAVATAR NARSIMHA (Hindi) dominates the box office as it collects a huge 11.75 crore nett on its second Saturday which takes the film to a total of 49 crore nett. Its likely to be at 60 crore nett plus by the end of its second weekend. This Saturday jump is more than 100% which means its going to hold up strongly again over the weekdays. Also, that 100 crore nett lifetime total is sure to be done.

The film sees a huge turnout of Hindu families across the country with the Maharashtra/Gujarat belt leading. The religious factor in the film is a huge pulling factor as the older generation brings the younger crowd to the cinemas to show them this story. The film continues to be super strong in Nizam/Andhra also with around 16 .50 crore nett so far with the Telugu version dominating.

MAHAVATAR NARSIMHA recorded an outstanding collections in its second weekend as it picked up 34.50 crore nett. The first week had collected 32 crore nett plus in its first week and the second weekend has collected more which has not happened in recent times. The collections and the trend on Sunday was simply out of this world as it recorded insane occupancy levels.

Sunday saw the weaker areas come on board with heavy collections as Eastern India saw huge gains and East Punjab also went to a huge 1.65 crore nett. A circuit like Bihar was touching 50 lakhs nett on Sunday, a unthinkable number for an animation film but this film has become much more than an animation film. Mumbai circuit continues with fantastic numbers and the circuit will be over 25 crore nett.

The film stands at 66.50 crore nett in ten days and by this time next week, it could be looking at the 100 crore nett mark and still have some gas left in the tank. The all India collections stand at 90 crore as Nizam/Andhra stands at 21 crore nett including Hindi version. The Telugu version is also doing incredible business as Sunday was huge in that version also.
