SON OF SARDAAR 2 collected around 8.25-8.50 crore nett on its second day which took its collections to around 16 crore nett in two days. The growth was limited but that is expected with a film in this zone. It would have been no surprise if the film did not show any growth which did look the case in the morning but it managed to gather some pace later on. The film will need a 4 crore nett plus number on Monday for a decent run for two weeks but that seems a tall order.

SON OF SARDAAR 2 had a poor weekend of a little under 25 crore nett and the trend also was not there for the film but that is expected for a film in this zone as its not going to show huge jumps over the weekend. Hence, its a must to get an opening day number up on the board which this film could not do.

The failing is the opening day and its practically impossible to recover from that. The sequel factor did not work as the units of this film held limited interest. The film needs to get a 4-5 crore nett number up on a Monday for a respectable run in the long run but its a huge ask from the film.
