The film has collected over 56.50 crore nett so far and it should be a comfortable 70 crore nett plus total for the film as it should continue to do well over the weekends. This film was given by the thumbs down by the industry and media but it has managed to sail through well enough.

Also, the weekend numbers are good enough to tell that a film will not just hold up if there is an offer and it will need some audience support. No doubt it will be seen as the buy one get one offer pushed the film which it probably did but not to the extent most will think. Going forward things like this will be tried but its pretty clear they will only work if the film has some merits. If the film is rejected, then these offers will be of no use.
