TERI BAATON MEIN AISA ULJHA JIYA did good business in week two as it collected 21.50 crore nett which is a drop of a little under 50% from the first week. The film has help up strongly and this looks likely to continue as the discounted third Friday will boost the numbers enabling a good third week despite the competition of new releases.

The film is a solid success even though it was written off on its first Monday within the industry as a rejected film but its going into the third week with strong collections. SATYAPREM KI KATHA and JUGJUGG JEEYO had both collected 17 crore nett in the second week and this film is comfortable ahead of both films in week two though it had a lower first week.

The film now should easily cross the 75 crore nett mark and maybe even go to the 80 crore nett mark. With a likely $5 million total overseas, it is a good result for the film all round and for the genre which can survive with medium budgeted films where costs don't go over the 100 crore mark.

The second week of the film looks like doing 21 crore nett which is only 3 crore nett less than a far bigger film in the same zone like TU JHOOTHI MAIN MAKKAAR. Its generally put up decent numbers all over with even the mass circuits being steady at low levels.  

The third weekend will tell where the film will go as it will face competition and going by the early advances its seems one of the new releases, ARTICLE 370, is also going to find an audience especially at the multiplexes This should see the collections of TERI BAATON MEIN AISA ULJHA JIYA trend lower than the second week.

TERI BAATON MEIN AISA ULJHA JIYA showed another good hold on its second Monday as it benefited form a holiday in Maharashtra for Shivaji Jayanti. The film collected 2.15 crore nett apprx which is 30% apprx drop from Friday. The total of the film is now 58.75 crore nett and its heading for a 20 crore nett plus second week.

The film will be standing at around 62-63 crore nett after two weeks depending on the trend over the next few days which ensures the film will cross 70 crore nett and then the third week will determine if the film can go towards the 80 crore nett mark.

SATYAPREM KI KATHA did 75 crore nett and JUGJUGG JEEYO did 78 crore nett and if the film could beat this two films, it would be solid result for the film as no one would have expected this film to go this far before release or even on release. The Overseas numbers are already well ahead of SATYAPREM KI KATHA and will beat JUGJUGG JEEYO by the end of its third weekend. The film has now crossed 100 crore worldwide as it stands at 104 crore after 11 days.

TERI BAATON MEIN AISA ULJHA JIYA did pretty good business in its second weekend as it collected 14 crore nett and has shown a good hold. The film had collected a little over 26 crore nett in its first weekend and has fallen less than 50% in its second week.

The film has collected over 56.50 crore nett so far and it should be a comfortable 70 crore nett plus total for the film as it should continue to do well over the weekends. This film was given by the thumbs down by the industry and media but it has managed to sail through well enough.

Also, the weekend numbers are good enough to tell that a film will not just hold up if there is an offer and it will need some audience support. No doubt it will be seen as the buy one get one offer pushed the film which it probably did but not to the extent most will think. Going forward things like this will be tried but its pretty clear they will only work if the film has some merits. If the film is rejected, then these offers will be of no use.

TERI BAATON MEIN AISA ULJHA JIYA did well on its second Saturday with 5 crore nett and this came without the support of any offer and scheme and its a solid number for this film. The film was doing decent business over the weekdays but it was coming with the buy one get one offer; so, you don't really know where the film stands.

Now with this second Saturday, it means its just not because of the offer that the film was holding up as if that was the case, then the film would have not got this sort number up when the offer went away. The film has crossed the 50 crore nett mark and is now heading for business which will be on the lines of what JUGJUGG JEEYO and SATYAPREM KI KATHA did. JUGJUGG JEEYO is a bigger film compared to the other two but that was also in 2022 when business was probably not as good as it is today.

TERI BAATON MEIN AISA ULJHA JIYA will probably struggle for much growth on Sunday as is the case with the these films which have a high ratio of business from big centres. But the film seems to be on course to have a bigger second week than JUGJUGG JEEYO and SATYAPREM KI KATHA and that is good result for this film. Its not a huge hit or anything but its pulled through well and that is good enough for this film.

The drop came in the mass circuits like CP, CI but at the bigger centres, it was pretty much like Thursday and even higher in cases and that is where most of the business for the film is coming from.

The film has a total of almost 46 crore nett in eight days which is a decent number but it has been aided by the buy one get one offer and now its about where the film can stand on its own two feet which will be the deciding factor.

The film has behaved pretty well all over with mass markets being steady at low levels over the weekdays though the last few days, business has been hit due to the farmer issue. The second weekend is crucial for the film.
