JAWAN has seen an extraordinary hold on its fourth Friday as it becomes the third ALL TIME BLOCKBUSTER film of the year after PATHAAN and GADAR 2. It is the first time that there have been three films at this level in one year. JAWAN collected a huge 4.75 crore nett on its fourth Friday making the film film the highest nett grosser ever at 517 crore nett and there is much more to come.

The film was hugely driven by business in South and West Bengal in the first two weeks but that has now settled to more normal ratios and the Hindi circuits are now holding very well. It did not look like it would beat the PATHAAN's numbers in many circuits like Rajasthan, CI and Bihar but now it looks like it will go ahead. It will be behind GADAR 2 in the Hindi circuits but GADAR 2 was just a normal HIT film in the South and only did around 30% of JAWAN there.

JAWAN saw competition for the first time in its run but has hardly been affected as FUKREY 3 and THE VACCINE WAR are not big films and also have limited mass appeal. JAWAN has continued its run pretty much as normal post the release of the new films.
