TU JHOOTHI MAIN MAKKAAR did pretty well in its second week with collections of 25 crore nett aided by a holiday on Wednesday. The collections held at a decent level on Thursday at close to 2 crore nett. The film has collected almost 103.50 crore nett in two weeks.

The lifetime business of the film is dependent on where it lands on its third Friday and if it can hold at its Thursday level, it could go to the 125 crore nett mark while a 20-30% drop will mean it will have to settle for less than 120 crore nett. Either way, the film will be an AVERAGE fare.

The very limited acceptance across the mass Hindi circuits has come in the way of TU JHOOTHI MAIN MAKKAAR emerging a HIT. Mumbai circuit is also a major underperformer as it will not even do the business of '83 here.
