RRR (Hindi) is still in the race to beat the numbers of THE KASHMIR FILES as it again holds very well on the third Friday. The collections show no drop from the previous day as the film again collects 5 crore nett to take its overall total to 211 crore nett. This keeps it in the race to be the top grosser of 2022 but there is the juggernaut KGF - CHAPTER 2 coming and if that is liked, it could reach THE KASHMIR FILES before RRR (Hindi).  

The numbers on Friday also mean it could be the highest third week collection post the pandemic but a lot depends on the weekend as it will be shortened week due to KGF - CHAPTER 2 and JERSEY releasing on Thursday. They are still very good but there is a drop off. If we take out South India then RRR (Hindi) will easily beat THE KASHMIR FILES but for the Hindi version to come out on top, it will probably have to do some business in week four and week five. If Ramazan had not come it would have easily topped the 250 crore nett mark.

Last week there was ATTACK and MORBIUS and this week there was FANTASTIC BEASTS: THE SECRETS OF DUMBLEDORE but none of these films have managed to find much an audience leaving RRR (Hindi) as the main film.
