THE KASHMIR FILES remained rock steady on its second Monday with collections of 12.50 crore nett. It came into its own last Monday and collections are only 17% down from there. The total business of the film is now 180 crore nett and it will cross SOORYAVANSHI on Wednesday to become the highest grosser post the pandemic.

The film continues is extraordinary run in the North as Delhi/UP goes over 50 crore nett and only thirteen films have done that in history. THE KASHMIR FILES may well become the highest grossing film in history after BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION in Delhi/UP. It could even go above BAAHUBALI 2: THE CONCLUSION.

The second week of the film is looking at a 115 crore nett total which will be 20% higher than the first week. This film still has strong momentum and so the 300 crore nett mark is there for the taking and it will be about how much further it can go above the 300 crore nett. It has faced BACHCHHAN PAANDEY last week and will face RRR this week but after that, its a quiet period for a couple of weeks.
