As per buzz, Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar are all set to tie the knot in March. The two have been dating for around three years and often make an appearance in each other’s social media posts. According to reports, they were planning a bigger celebration in Mumbai in March. However, given the spike in Coronavirus cases, the couple plans to keep the celebrations low-key and intimate. Farhan and Shibani have apparently finalised the venue and their wedding attire.

Last January, too, there was talk that the couple was planning to get married. When BT had reached out to Farhan’s father, writer-lyricist Javed Akhtar, he had said, “I just heard about this from you! I was with Farhan the day before yesterday. It was his birthday. He didn’t tell me anything about this.”

When further asked whether it would come as a shocker if wedding bells did ring for the two, he had added, “You never know, children can be very secretive. ”

Talking about Shibani, he said, “I have met Shibani many times. She is a very sweet girl.”

We reached out to Farhan and Shibani, but the couple known to keep a low profile didn’t comment till the time of going to press.
