CHANDIGARH KARE AASHIQUI had a 75% fall in collections in week two which is huge fall for a film of this type as the film faced rejection from the public. The film had a low start and there are various reasons for that but when a film falls like it did on the weekdays and second week, the biggest problem is the content.

There was the juggernaut of SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME in week two but still its not as if CHANDIGARH KARE AASHIQUI needed huge footfalls to sustain a bit better than it has. The two week total 20.50 crore nett for the film and you can expected to add another 0.5-0.75 crore nett for a finish of 22 crore nett plus and this is probably best case scenario.

The collections of the film are a little better in NCR and East Punjab but that hardly matters are the the overall numbers are poor here also.
