Little is known about Reema Kagti’s Fallen that marks Sonakshi Sinha’s web debut and sees her as tough-as-nails police officer Anjali Bhaati. Now, it has emerged that Sohum Shah too plays a cop in the Amazon Prime Video offering. Excited as he was about teaming up with Kagti, Shah says his joy was multiplied manifold when he learnt about his role. “I played a cop in Talvar [2015] as well, but this is the first time I am donning the uniform. When you wear the khaki uniform, your body language changes completely. My look in the series is different; I had to undergo training and gain muscle,” says Shah, who is joined by Vijay Varma and Gulshan Devaiah on the project. 

The series, which went on floors in February 2020 in Rajasthan, ground to an abrupt halt when the lockdown was imposed in March. The crime thriller was finally wrapped up this March under the supervision of directors Kagti and Ruchika Oberoi.
