Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) chairperson Prasoon Joshi is set to reveal the new logo and certificate identity of the board. Prakash Javadekar, Minister of Information and Broadcasting, will be the chief guest for the event.

The Censor Board has also planned a first of its kind interaction for the event between members of the film fraternity and the CBFC.

Prasoon, who has conceptualised the new look, stated, “The new design is futuristic in its approach and in-sync with the new digital world, it’s also interactive in its design sensibility.” The design has been executed by Rohit Devgun along with the technical support from National Securities Depository Limited.
