MISSION MANGAL did good business on its second Monday as it collected 3.75 crore nett. The drop does look big from its second Friday but the collections were boosted by Janmashtami there. The drop from last Monday is just 55% which is strong trend. The Janmashtami factor over the weekend probably boosted the collections of the film by around 5-6 crore nett.

The film has collected a huge 164 crore nett till date and is still going strong. The second week business of the film will be around 48 crore nett which is an excellent second week total and that too with an extended eight day first week. The film is now also become the highest grossing Akshay Kumar film in Mysore with collections around to 9.50 crore nett. It has beaten the 9.01 crore nett of AIRLIFT.

Mumbai circuit will be next and the 2.0 (Hindi) numbers should be beaten by the end of the week.
