KESARI had another good weekend as it collected 7.25 crore nett over its third weekend. The film has a total of 140 crore nett in eleven days and should comfortably be another double digit week for the film. The business in North India (Delhi/UP and East Punjab) has crossed 55 crore nett now while Mumbai circuit is around 34 crore nett.

The film had initially scored in Gujarat/Saurashtra as far as the Mumbai circuit was concerned but now the bulk of the collections are coming from Mumbai city, Thane and Pune. The numbers are very good in Mumbai and South for what is essentially a Punjabi film. Even West Bengal is continuing to collect and is now in fact better than TOTAL DHAMAAL. This market has very few takers for the Punjabi type of films.

A SUPER HIT  like SINGH IS KINGG fared poorly in West Bengal and so have all the other very Punjabi type of films over the last 15 years or so.
