The curtains will soon come down on the sixth season of Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan. As always, the filmmaker-host has managed a few casting coups over the last three months, bringing Janhvi and Arjun Kapoor together on a public platform for the first time, as also Sara Ali Khan and dad Saif. While his new students, Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria, caught the eye, Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul grabbed headlines with their controversial comments.

The Star World show kicked off with Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt and will feature two other style icons, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Kareena Kapoor Khan, as the guests in the finale episode. When the talk veered towards the social media, KJo asked PeeCee about her change of name on her Insta handle. “Are you now Jonas?” he probed, and she blushingly admitted that soon after they had tied the knot, Nick asked her what her name was. In answer to her “Priyanka Chopra Jonas”, her husband had simply nodded, “I see… I see…” before quipping, “And on Insta?” She had realised at that moment that the name change would be official only when it reflected on Instagram and added the Jonas.

The couple has been pretty explicit with their Insta PDA, constantly posting loved-up pictures and emoji-studded comments. Discussing the paparazzi culture, the actress pointed out that social media is a pretty new phenomenon, just 10-15 years old, but is convinced it is here to stay.
