After a round of hide-and-seek with the media, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas made their relationship official with a roka ceremony on August 18 in Mumbai in the presence of their parents, Madhu Chopra and Denise Jonas, Kevin Jonas Sr. Later in the day, the couple celebrated the alliance with friends and family before the Jonas’ returned to the US after the memorable weekend. The 36-year-old actress flew out to the US last Saturday to spend some quality time with her fiancĂ© and his family.

“Priyanka completed the first schedule of Shonali Bose’s The Sky Is Pink with Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim earlier last week and will now only join them again towards the end of September. She had stayed back to complete some prior commitments and spend time with her family before heading to the US, a trip that was planned well in advance. During the month-long trip, the actress will also be attending a wedding in Italy with Nick, the bride reportedly being the daughter of a corporate bigwig,” informs a source close to the actress.

On the work front, rumours abound that Priyanka is set to reunite with Hrithik Roshan for Rakesh Roshan’s fourth instalment of the Krrish franchise. There has been no confirmation from either the actress or the filmmaker, who is presently working on the superhero film’s script.
