India has emerged as a hotspot for international music artistes with the likes of The Chainsmokers, Justin Bieber and Coldplay performing in the country. Recently, mid-day reported that Arijit Singh is likely to be joined by renowned international artistes, DJ Khaled and Shawn Mendes at the fifth edition of the Enchanted Valley Carnival (EVC) in December.

Now, we have learnt that world renowned DJ-record producer Armin van Buuren will join Singh in the lineup. The king of Bollywood playback and the Dutch DJ are the headlining acts at the Lonavala-based festival this year.

A source says, “Both Arijit and Armin boast of a large fan base in India. The trance legend drove Indian EDM admirers crazy during his previous performances here and it’s a delight to have him back.”

Buuren, who has hits like In & Out Of Love, Another You and Waiting For The Night, played his first show in India in 2009. Since then, the trance icon has performed several times — his last being the Sunburn festival in December. This will mark Singh’s second consecutive association with the festival.
