Aamir Khan recently played father to 20-year-old girls in Dangal and Salman Khan is gearing up to play a dad to a nine-year-old in his upcoming Remo D’Souza film Dancing Dad. Ask Shah Rukh Khan how he feels about ageing on screen, and he says, “I was a father in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998). I’m an actor. I’m okay with any character if that makes sense. I will do anything that my role demands.”
He further reasons, “In fact, I called Rani Mukerji beti in Veer-Zaara. My character was 65 years old. I was sitting with Rani and calling her beti so why would I have a problem now? I would play it again, if I am required to do it.”
