Salman Khan has reserved the next few days for two special appearances in two of the most highly-anticipated films of the year. Between Wednesday and Friday, the 51-yearold actor is scheduled to shoot for Aanand L Rai’s yet-untitled Shah Rukh Khan-starrer that also features Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. SRK plays a dwarf in it.

It will be followed by a two-day schedule for David Dhawan’s Judwaa 2, which has the filmmaker’s actor-son, Varun, along with Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez, top-lining the sequel to Salman’s 1997 caper.

A source revealed to Mirror, “Salman and Shah Rukh will shoot together over three days. The number is being choreographed by Remo D’Souza, who has taken a break from the city tours of his reality show, Dance Plus 3, to focus on the lavishly-mounted song for which a huge set has been erected. Rehearsals have already kicked off and it will be shot at a suburban studio.”

For Judwaa 2, Salman will be shooting alongside Varun and his leading ladies for the climax sequence. “The idea is to have the old judwaas meeting the new ones and make it nostalgic for the fans of the original,” the source added. After the climax is wrapped up, the film’s team will head to Portugal for a 12-day schedule,” informed the source.

While Aanand L Rai and Judwaa 2’s spokespersons remained unavailable for comment, Taapsee told Mirror, “We are excited to shoot with Salman. Everyone loved him in the original Judwaa and I’m glad he is a part of the sequel as well.”
