Before they start shooting next week for the recreated version of the Judwaa chartbuster “Tan Tana Tan”, Jacqueline Fernandez, along with her Judwaa 2 co-stars Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu, kicked off rehearsals on Sunday with choreographer Ganesh Acharya at a Mumbai studio.

The trio has been rehearsing three-four hours every day for the song that will feature new hook steps while retaining the flavour of the original, which was picturised on Salman Khan and his two leading ladies, Karisma Kapoor and Rambha.

“I’m excited and nervous to work with Ganesh master again after 'Taang Uthake' in Housefull 3. Training with Varun is like rehearsing with the toughest dancer. His energy is insane but it’s also motivating because he is super encouraging. For the 'Tan Tana Tan' remake, it’s ridiculously difficult to keep up with the dance moves but I’m giving it my best shot,” Jacqueline told Mirror, adding that the team recently wrapped up the shoot for 'Oonchi Hai Building', another track from the 1997 comedy revolving around twins Raja and Prem.

Meanwhile, Mirror has learnt that a huge set is being erected at a Mumbai studio for the song. After wrapping up the song, the team will head to Portugal to shoot a romantic number in July in a five-day shoot.

Jacqueline, who also features in Tarun Mansukhani’s action-comedy Drive, alongside Sushant Singh Rajput, and in Raj Nidimoru, Krishna DK’s A Gentleman with Sidharth Malhotra, has been juggling the two projects with Judwaa. “It’s hectic but I’m enjoying the shoots,” she signs off with a smile.
