The 62nd JIO Filmfare awards will see three hosts take centre stage, promising an evening of laughs. There’s Bollywood’s Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan, known for his witty repartee, his bestie, producer-director-TV host Karan Johar who’s also known for his impeccable comic timing and finally funnyman Kapil Sharma whose popular show is a riot, week after week.

The lineup of performances is expected to be equally star studded. A source in the know reveals, “Box office king Salman Khan is sure to bring the house down with his dance performance. Besides that shaking a leg will be Badri and his Dulhania Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. Adding more excitement to the evening is dancing star Tiger Shroff.”

Rehearsals for the big day, January 14, have already kicked off. On January 9, Filmfare will host a pre-awards party which will see Manish Malhotra curate and showcase his collection of designer wear. The event is expected to see Bollywood’s biggest fashionistas in attendance.
