Lisa Haydon who tied the knot with Dino Lalvani last Saturday in a beach wedding in Phuket, Thailand, is gung-ho about her first fiction series on the web. “Very excited to be a part of The Trip. Love the story. Looking forward to shooting,“ she gushed.

It's a coming-of-age story of four friends who go on a road trip which is a part of one of the friends' bachelorette celebrations. The journey which is an emotional roller coaster establishes the relationships they share with one another and their own self.

“Like the name suggests, it's based on an all girls trip as four friends embark on a journey together,“ informed the actress who has a sparkling cameo as Ranbir Kapoor's gold-digging girlfriend in Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

The show is slotted to go online in December.
