AE DIL HAI MUSHKIL had a drop in collections in its third week as a new release albeit a disaster came and took screen space away and there was also the cash crunch. The film collected around 4.75 crore nett in the third week taking its three week figures to 105 crore nett aprx. The drop in the third week is around 78% compared to 72% in the second week which was coming off a big holiday week. The film is on the verge of crossing BARFI and becoming the second highest Ranbir Kapoor grosser and it should achieve that in the next few days. The lifetime business of the film is looking to be 107 crore nett. Below are the collections of AE DIL HAI MUSHKIL till date.

SHIVAAY dropped 86% in the third week which was more than AE DIL HAI MUSHKIL despite having a similar trending to that film in the second week. This is basically because the cash crunch has hit the film more as it was doing better comparatively in B and C centres of CP Berar, CI, Rajasthan Maharashtra and Gujarat where a huge chunk of tickets are bought by cash while in the bigger centres a good chunk of tickets are bought by credt/debit cards and also net banking through website ticketing. The total stands at around 83.50 crore nett and looks an 85 crore nett finish for the film. The collections of SHIVAAY till date are as follows.
