M S DHONI - THE UNTOLD STORY (Hindi) had a fair second week total of 23.50 crore nett taking its two week total to around 108 crore nett in its Hindi version. The dubbed version has grossed a further 6 crore nett. It is the fourth highest second week collections of the year after SULTAN, AIRLIFT and RUSTOM but the drop is also 73% which seems okay but the film went tax free in UP and Maharashtra in week two and on top had holidays in week two as well but still a big fall is there. If we compare the GROSS collections with HOUSEFULL 3 which has the fifth highest second week total of 2016 they are lower. The second week GROSS of HOUSEFULL 3 is around 31.50 crore while M S DHONI - THE UNTOLD STORY is 29.50 crore  Though obviously the Nett figures of HOUSEFULL 3 are lower as there were no tax exemptions. The collections of M S DHONI - THE UNTOLD STORY till date are as follows

Week Two - 23,50,00,000 apprx
TOTAL - 1,08,14,00,000

Basically the film has trended below HOUSEFULL 3 which also had a weak trend. The film will get another two weeks run and so it should be able to go above 115 crore nett and possibly even to around 120 crore nett. This would make it the fourth highest NETT grosser of the year behind SULTAN, RUSTOM and AIRLIFT.

M S DHONI - THE UNTOLD STORY (Hindi) grossed in the 1-1.25 crore nett range on its third Friday taking its total to 109.50 crore nett which now makes it the fourth highest nett grosser of the year as it goes ahead of the HOUSEFULL 3 nett collections. The trend in the third week is better than the second week though there is no support of holidays like in the second week. It is pre Diwali period period but all the films around it are doing very poor which is allowing M S DHONI - THE UNTOLD STORY to benefit. Tax exemption in UP and Maharashtra is also a big benefit. The other releases of the week fared poorly including the Hollywood release INFERNO. The best film of the Hindi films was SAAT UCHAKKEY with a similar response to last weeks TUTAK TUTAK TUTIYA.
