Anil Kapoor is a proud papa. The 59-year-old actor can't stop raving about his actor-kids. “Sonam is a wonderful and generous daughter who is now working towards getting fitter. She used to work out every day but now she does it twice a day. This is after I got myself a yoga instructor. Now, after pilates, she does yoga in the evening. It's the beginning of a glorious future for her not only as an actress but as a human being and a daughter as well,“ he beams.

Anil is equally excited that the teaser of his son Harshvardhan's debut film, Mirzya, has been received warmly. “It's a coincidence that his film's second teaser released on the same day as the launch of the second season of my TV show. June 8 was an important day for us but as far as Harsh is concerned, the credit goes to his director, Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra,“ he asserts.

When quizzed about his renewed stint on television, the veteran points out that the medium is more strenuous than films. “It's like doing 8-10 films at a time. Unlike films, on TV you can't give your shots aaram se. You have to be faster, economical and effective. That becomes taxing and risky,“ he reasons, admitting that he doesn't get much time to watch TV when he is in Mumbai but likes to catch up on his favourite shows, including House of Cards and Narcos, when he's travel ling. “I watch Indian TV only in bits and pieces.“
