After back-to-back shoots for Anthony D'Souza's biopic Azhar and Vikram Bhatt's horror flick Raaz Reboot, Emraan Hashmi is off to the US and Canada with his wife Parveen and son Ayaan for a well deserved two-week vacation. "A holiday, it was long overdue, what with the films and the book (Kiss of Life: How a Superhero and my Son defeated Cancer). Ayaan loves Canada which is why we decided to go there," the 37-year-old actor told Mirror.

Prod him if the family has made any plans and he shrugs, "We have been to both these countries before so nothing specific. We will be leaving post the launch of my book in Mumbai on the 30th," reveals Emraan who after his son who was diagnosed with a malignant tumour in his kidney flew him down to Canada which has the best children's care in the world.

His last holiday was around the year-end when the actor had taken some time off from his busy schedule to bring in the New Year with his family at an undisclosed destination.
