After the power-packed Delhi launch of Anything But Khamosh in January, veteran actor-politician Shatrughan Sinha's memoir was unveiled for a second time in Mumbai by his former co-star, Amitabh Bachchan. When asked who he'd like to play him should a movie be made out of the biography, the veteran actor zeroed in on Bajirao Ranveer Singh.

“I think it's a good story and an inspirational one,“ pointed out Shatru, talking about his life's journey. “There is romance, entertainment and everything else. If a Hindi movie is made on my biography, then Ranveer Singh would do a good job, or maybe one of my sons, Luv or Kush, who resemble me. I myself would like to be a part of the film,“ he admitted.

The actor's choice comes as no surprise given that he had voiced his admiration for Ranveer after watching the Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial. “I am most impressed by Ranveer. That boy has proved himself an outstanding actor. The way he has spoken his dialogues with a Marathi accent is amazing. Ranveer should get the National Award for Bajirao Mastani. 20 Years ago I'd have liked to play Bajirao,“ he had said.
