KYAA KOOL HAIN HUM 3 grossed 6.50-6.75 crore nett apprx on day one which is similar to the collections of KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM released in 2012. The film opened well in mass centres but did not go through the day as the opening morning numbers suggested a higher number.

The number is still decent for its costs but it becomes about the trend now when normally these type of films tend to do well initially due to no support of family audiences. The multiplexes can improve today mainly because the film has recorded lo collections on day one.

The film was best in Mumbai with 2 crore nett plus followed by CP Berar at 45 lakhs and East Punjab at 70 lakhs nett. Delhi/UP was 1.25 crore nett. The contributions were weak down South.
