After the much talked about suspense thriller, The Xposé, in which most characters were based on actors from the 70s and 80s, Himesh Reshammiya will play the lead in Teraa Suroor 2. The singer-composer-producer will be seen in a new avatar, sporting a six-pack.

What's more, the movie has an interesting ensemble featuring actors like Naseeruddin Shah, Shekhar Kapur, Monica Dogra, Kabir Bedi and Shernaz Patel essaying pivotal roles. Newbie Farah Karimi plays Himesh's love interest in this musical action thriller, which is directed by Shawn Arranha and has been shot in Dublin.

Confirming the news, Himesh says, “The shoot is over and now, the post-production is underway.“ Prod him and he says the team will reveal more about this film soon.

As for his new look, he concedes, “It's been a lot of hard work training for this kind of physique.“ The film, which is jointly produced by his company, HR Musik, and T-Series, is scheduled to release in the summer of 2016.
