Ram Gopal Varma’s cult film Shiva (1989), about youth
rebellion and campus politics, that starred Nagarjuna with wife Amala,
is all set to have a sequel with the same pair and their sons Nag
Chaitanya and Akhil.
Says Nagarjuna, “It is a possibility. I have an idea for a sequel where my character and his wife now have two sons. It’d be a family film. It’s an idea I have. And I’m working on it.”
RGV was advised by Nagarjuna to carry the story from the original story forward. Ramu has yet to come up with a tenable script for the sequel.
