They say comedy is serious business, but for the Bollywood ke gun, Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor, it's so effortless that it almost seems like regular banter. Here are some of the wackiest moments from this year's IIFA Awards that air tonight at 8 pm on Colors:

MERE RANVEER-ARJUN AAYENGE:
While the background audio visual had the iconic Bollywood ki maa, Rakhee Gulzar, asserting that her Karan-Arjun will come, from behind the veil emerged a shocking Rakhi Sawant flashing her booty along with Arjun and Ranveer. The boys said, “A big thanks to Rakhi Sawant jinhone iss special appearance ke saath hamare performance ko chaar chand laga diye. We love you Rakhi...agle saal, please tie us rakhi.“

UNAPOLOGETICALLY APOLOGETIC:
While the nation is still coming to terms with the alternate meaning of roast, the tender-hearted anchors apologised to all actors, politicians and citizens who have been hurt by their deeds and actions in...not roast but Gunday!

USKI AATI NAHI AUR MERI JAATI NAHI:
This was Arjun Kapoor's dig at Tiger Shroff on their body and facial hair.

CHAI-TIME:
Sonu Sood's abs were in focus too, as Ranveer and Arjun stripped his shirt and said, “Bhaiyyaji, smile please. In biscoot ke liye koi chai lao please.“

PREM PUJARI:
And here's how Ranveer wooed Deepika Padukone...

Ranveer: Main Bhagwan se dua karta hoon ki tum ho meri har film ki heroine.
Arjun: Kyunki tumhare bina iski film nahi chal paayegi do din.
Ranveer: Deepika aap chaliye, yahaan ho raha hai tuchha kaam. Arjun ki baaton mein aa kar main bhi ho raha hoon badnaam. Aage badhte hain, badi rangeen hai yeh shaam, Ram chahe Leela, Leela chahe Ram!

And these hilarious moments apart, the IIFA Awards will also bring together a volley of stars walking on the Green Carpet starting 7 pm on Colors, followed by performances which will add to the merriment. The event witnessed a first-of-its-kind Dubsmash performance by Sonakshi Sinha, as she paid tribute to some of Bollywood's most-loved faces, including Amitabh Bachchan and Salman Khan. There were some cool acts too -Anushka Sharma's glam burlesque performance on a swing, Hrithik Roshan's technology-heavy dance playing with digital imaging and 3D mapping, Shahid's dramatic Broadway act and Parineeti Chopra's rockstar avatar.The highlight of the evening was when ace director Subhash Ghai was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award by Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff. The duo recreated their legendary Ram Lakhan moments on stage shortly after Shraddha Kapoor's performance paying tribute to some of the director's most inspirational films.
