Essel Vision Productions Ltd, (the creative and production studio of Entertainment Enterprises ZEEL), actorproducer Sachiin Joshi's production house Viking Zee Entertainment and Sanjay Gupta's White Feather Films have announced the release date of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's comeback film Jazbaa. Being touted as one of the year's most anticipated films, it also has a stellar and unique cast that includes Irrfan, Shabana Azmi, Abhimanyu Singh, Atul Kulkarni and Chandan Roy Sanyal. The film will release on October 9, 2015.

It is being said that the producers have designed an innovative promotional campaign for the film. Helmed by Sanjay Gupta, Jazbaa is written by Kamlesh Pandey and Robin Bhatt, has cinematography by Sameer Arya, editing by Bunty Nagi and Oscar-winner Resul Pookutty is in charge of sound design. The makers intend to showcase a preview at Cannes this May.
