Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, who recently moved into their Carter Road apartment together, threw a pre-Christmas bash for their pals. “It's a big, beautifully done up house with a terrace garden overlooking the Arabian sea which is the envy of every owner in the block,“ a guest from the party told Mirror, adding, “The artefacts have been carefully handpicked by both from trips abroad, including London, Cape Town and Bangkok.“

The party began around midnight. RK's Rockstar director Imtiaz Ali, and Katrina's Phantom director, Kabir Khan and his wife Mini Mathur were among the first to arrive.

Although both Ranveer Singh and RK's former girlfriend Deepika Padukone were in town (they attended the same comedy event with Arjun Kapoor, Alia and Karan) they skipped the bash despite being on the guest list. In the process, they ensured that Santa didn't have any awkwardness to deal with.
