We learnt that there was a scene in Piku that required Mr Amitabh Bachchan to play the sitar. Being the perfectionist that he is, Mr Bachchan requested for the sitar in his room the previous day so that he could practise holding it the way he is supposed to. Director Shoojit Sircar had invited sitar maestro Niladri Kumar on set just in case Mr Bachchan may have needed help, but Big B surprised everyone by giving the shot perfectly without any help. Guess that's what it takes to be a legend.
