Although he is busy wrapping up his upcoming romcom, Happy Ending, Saif Ali Khan has made time for his second wedding anniversary. Saif and wife, Kareena Kapoor, who regularly holiday in Europe, will be heading closer home this time.

The couple will celebrate their special day at the actor's ancestral home, the Pataudi Palace, which was also the venue of their glamorous wedding reception.

A source close to the actor told Mirror, “He has taken a few days off starting from October 15. Their anniversary is on the following day and arrangements are already being made at the palace.“

The source added that only a select bunch of friends, apart from close family members, have been invited. “The palace has been going through renovation and now it's finally ready. Saif and Bebo have found the perfect occasion to raise a toast to it.“

In a previous interview to Mirror ( May 26), Saif had revealed, “I'm excited about renovating the library, fix renovating the library, fixing up my grandmother's fireplace, turning the ceiling into a Zodiac night sky.There's something spiritual about the place now. Even Bebo feels so.“
