Subhajyoti Dutta, who created the chalet this year, says, “Salman ka ghar toh normal kar hi nahi sakte. It had to be unique.”

The kitchen is now enclosed and the dining area has been shifted outside to give Salman a different experience.”

The hall has been painted in Khan’s favourite colour (turquoise blue). The rest has been painted in monochrome (in black-and-white). What’s attention-grabbing are the life-size pictures of the actor on the walls. One, in particular, highlights his love for dogs. “That picture was chosen unanimously by all the creative heads,” says Dutta.

The gazebo design remains the same, but the look and the ambience has changed. Earlier, antique lights and curved pillars were used to give it an ethnic look, but this time they’ve gone contemporary with modern lights. “Salman has liked the changes and is spending more time here,” concludes Dutta.
