The weekend is a little under 20 crore nett which is a decent result and it probably lost around 1 crore nett on Sunday. The KABIR SINGH wave probably hit the film also as that film is first choice even in the metros where ARTICLE 15 is best.

The weekdays will tell more about this film and where it can go. The film could have have stronger numbers in Delhi/UP than Mumbai circuit in the long run.

The growth is normal for a content film which is mainly collecting at metro multiplexes. A few years ago this would have been huge growth but box office trends have changed and generally the Saturday growth is higher today.

The film still has a long way to go and it will be about the business on the weekdays. Mumbai circuit could be an issue going forward as the collections are good enough in Mumbai and Pune but maybe not as strong as they should be considering the huge media support. These two cities and Bangalore tend to record better collections for these small films when the media gives heavy support (THE TASHKENT FILES is not included as that film was a one off).
