Now You See Me: Now You Don't: The earlier two parts had several cinematic liberties, but still made for a rocking watch. Hence, expectations were immense from the third part. The first 30-40 minutes are dazzling. There's not a single boring moment and the humour quotient is strong. However, this time, not a single trick wows the viewers. The second half is weak while the trick in the climax is a similar one done before. Jesse Eisenberg, as always, delivers a suave and cool performance. Woody Harrelson is a scene-stealer. Dave Franco is just okay; he doesn't get to shine much this time. The same applies to Rosamund Pike. Isla Fisher looks stunning and delivers a lovely performance. Morgan Freeman (Thaddeus Bradley) is damn good in an extended cameo; it was heartening to see the audience clapping and hooting for him in his entry. All in all, Now You See Me: Now You Don't is an average fare.
My rating - ** ½ out of 5!
