SAIYAARA held up well it its fourth weekend as it collected 10 crore nett. The film had the benefit of Raksha Bandhan over the weekend but its did not jump as much as the some of the other films as it has pretty much exhausted its run. The collections stand at 318 crore nett and it should finish in the 325 crore nett range which will make its the 11th highest grossing original Hindi film of all time.

The footfalls of the film are looking to end at around 1.90 crore and there is no comparison to this in recent times for a new cast film. We can compare older films but the value of footfalls in each era is different. In fact the real value of 1.9 crore footfalls today is more than if a film did the same pre pandemic and we are not talking about value in terms of the numbers. Its much tougher to get a larger number to the theatres today than in 2019.

Friday - 2,00,00,000 apprx

Saturday - 3,75,00,000 apprx

Sunday - 4,25,00,000 apprx

SON OF SARDAAR 2 managed to get benefit of the Raksha Bandhan period as it showed decent collections on Saturday and Sunday though it does not matter much as the damage was done in the first weekend. The film collected 8.50 crore nett in its second weekend taking its total to 41 crore nett.
